Tullio is one of the 34 winners of the From Casale al Po to the hills competition.
The exhibition From Casale al Po to the hills of Monferrato, which proposes the 34 works of the winners of the competition, born last summer precisely to involve professional and emerging photographers in the great event which opens on Friday 25 March, 2022 at 5.30 pm in the Vitoli Hall of the Casale Monferrato Civic Museum (via Cavour, 5).
Of the more than 90 works presented, the 34 selected images are therefore at the center of an exhibition at the Castello del Monferrato alongside the great names of Italian and international photography that make up the MonFest.
It is composed not only of the winning shots, but also of a film made by Stefano Viale Marchino in which the protagonists recount the experiences and motivations that led them to participate.
It will be a journey for visitors through the world of photographers and glimpses of our wonderful landscape. As explained by the curator of the exhibition, Paola Casulli: « The thirty-four authors of the exhibition, From Casale al Po to the hills of Monferrato, use photography as a necessity to express their own idea of landscape. A spontaneous observation, theirs, which brings the gesture into the work. In the image, the almost tactile components of time and space “.
